- I am 32, married with two wonderful children! I aquired Hep C through numerous blood transfusions in the first week of my life. One of the donors gave me more than I bargained for;). I found out I had the disease when I tried to donate blood at 18 and the told me that I should go to the doctor. I have decided to do treatment as I have the genotype that responds the best to therapy. I am going to chronicle my journey on this blog. Wish me luck!!
